Error java ArrayIndexOutofBoundsException with Oracle JDBC driver 10.2.0.4 when used with Sterling Control Center

Answer

An ArrayIndexOutofBoundsException could be thrown by the Oracle JDBC 10.2.0.4 driver, when used with Sterling Control Center.

In order to resolve the issue, patch for BUG 6396242 must be downloaded from Oracle's support site and applied prior to using it with Sterling Control Center.
