Why does passing same input not change the modifyts for managePricelistLine but does for modifyItem?
Answer
For modifyItem, the MAX_MODIFYTS column in the YFS_ITEM table is updated. This in turn updates the MODIFYTS as well. This column was exposed on the above entity for synchronization built into the application for MCF-MCS integration.
This behavior is not seen for managePricelistLine, so the MODIFYTS column in the YPM_PRICELIST_LINE table is not updated.
