How do I modify or change default IBM Rational DOORS Database name "DOORS ERS Repository" when using IBM Rational DOORS Web Access.

Can I change or modify the DOORS database name "DOORS ERS Repository" on DOORS Web Access login page? As shown below:
Resolving The Problem
You can change the default DOORS Database name "DOORS ERS Repository" to your preference database name using the steps below.
Note: Ensure all users are logged out of DOORS Web Access as it requires to restart DOORS Web Access
- Log into the machine where DOORS Web Access is installed
- Open festival.xml file in your choice of Textpad (default location, "C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\DOORS Web Access\1.x.x.x\server\festival\config")
- Look for the entry "DOORS ERS Repository" and change the DB name you prefer.
- Restart DOORS Web Access components
