With Rational Rhapsody 7.5.1 now supporting both Rhapsody Designer for Systems Engineers and Rhapsody Architect for Systems Engineers in Eclipse, as well as Rhapsody Developer, how do you specify which edition of Rhapsody to be used?
Answer
The edition of Rhapsody to be used in Eclipse is controlled by the rhapsody.ini file on the system. To change this, edit the rhapsody.ini file in a text editor, find the DefaultEdition= line under the General section and give it one of the following values:
Developer
SystemArchitect
SystemDesigner
other valid values (but not for Eclipse) are:
Architect
ModelerCorporate
Modeler
