Is it possible to compare custom attributes that use IBM DOORS baseline comparison function?

Running the baseline comparison does not show the difference made to custom attributes.

No, the baseline comparison tool only display changes or modifications made to two attributes:
Therefore, changes made to any other attributes do not display in the Baseline Comparison Results window. The comparison shows that changes are made to text in the main column, and objects are added or deleted. Changes to text in other columns are not displayed.
Alternatively, to compare the changes made to custom attributes, use the Module Comparison tool within the module Tools -> Compare Modules.
