What can I do when I receive the error message, "OLE method failed: Problem with OLE Argument names" when exporting from IBM Rational DOORS to Microsoft Office?
Cause
This error is caused when the export is being used via remote desktop and/or terminal server
Answer
To move past this error:
- Perform the export via remote desktop without a shared Clipboard,
- Or, export directly from a local client.
- Double the maximum paging file size. You will have to reboot the machine after you have adjusted that size for the changes to take effect.
