Attempts to access the Tracked Resource Set (TRS) feed for IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS (DNG) results in error: CRRRS6254E An error response was received from the Jazz Team Server. Status=400. Message: CRJAZ0977I The "com.ibm.team.jazz.foundation.enterprise-v3" server license policy does not allow the "com.ibm.team.jis.trs.read" operation.
Cause
This error occurs because the User you are using does not have a TRS Consumer license applied, which is required.
The "TRS Consumer-Internal" licenses are used by the internal Application user IDs e.g. the jts_user and lqe_user consume the "TRS Consumer-Internal" Licenses to access the TRS feed, however there are no available licenses for external access via API or a thrid party application.
Answer
To access the feed outside of CLM you will need to discuss this further with your IBM Account Manager who can help you obtain a subsequent TRS Consumer license.
