Troubleshooting
Problem
When in the browser and trying to connect to the Control Center Director engine the error:
"An error occurred during a connection to <serverName>:<portNumber>. Cannot communicate securely with peer:
no common encryption algorithm(s). Error code: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP"is thrown.
Symptom
Error when trying to connect to Control Center Director from the browser.
Cause
There is a case mismatch on the alias between the keystore and the Control Center Director's configuration.
Diagnosing The Problem
Examine the keystore and the Control Center Director's configuration file.
Resolving The Problem
Stop Control Center Director and run configCC to correct the mismatch in the case for the alias.
