CHGPROF command

This command can be used to change the UID and GID of a user profile, when they cannot be changed via the CHGUSRPRF command.

These values cannot be changed with CHGUSRPRF under the following conditions:

- The user profile is a system profile
- The user profile owns objects in the IFS

This command should be run after running CHKUSRPRF, for any profiles for which the UID/GID could not be updated/synchronized with that option.

Note:  If the user profile that needs to be changed is active in a process, the command may need to be used in restricted state to make the necessary changes.
