RTVASPSTG API

This API can be used to retrieve a user profile’s storage owned in a specific IASP, or in SYSBAS and up to four additional IASPs.

Note: This can only be called from within a program

Parameters

IASPNAME - Name of the IASP, or *ALL

USRPRF - Name of the user profile for which to retrieve data

USRSTG - Name of the variable to receive the user storage information

Return Parameters

CHAR(74)     - Return parameters

If a specific IASP name was requested, and the user has no storage owned in that IASP, then the return value is all blanks (value set to *BLANKS)

If *ALL or a specific IASP is requested, and the user owns storage, the return value is represented as follows:

 1-  4    Number of elements returned

 5-74    Up to five elements (SYSBAS and up to four IASP names) composed of the following

   5-14     SYSBAS (if *ALL requested) or the name of a specific IASP

14-18     Amount of storage owned

19-28     Name of an IASP (if *ALL requested)

29-32     Amount of storage owned

33-42     Name of an IASP (if *ALL requested)

43-46     Amount of storage owned

47-56     Name of an IASP (if *ALL requested)

57-60     Amount of storage owned

61-70     Name of an IASP (if *ALL requested)

71-74     Amount of storage owned
