STRALLNOD command
There are no parameters with this command.
The command will attempt to start all nodes in the cluster, starting with the local node (i.e. the node from which the command is run).
If clustering cannot be started on the local node, no further attempts are made to start clustering on other nodes.
If clustering cannot be started on another node, it will be ignored.
