How to disable IPv6

There had been reported cases of very, very slow performance of the IBM Navigator for i web application that have been traced to the time taking to perform IPv6 lookup. This an issue when running with LWI before moving to Liberty. Now running in Liberty, these settings are set by default so there is no need to make changes.
Also note that this is a general Java issue not specific to IBM Navigator for i. It would affect any Java application that does name resolution running in Java on IBM i. So it applies to admin5 for iAWeb and also applies to any user created integrated application server.
