Resilient Release announcement (v29.1)

Dear Resilient Customer,

IBM Resilient has just released a new version of the Resilient Platform (v29.1.92). We recommend that you deploy this update at your earliest convenience.

Please refer to the Release notes for details about the new Features and Bug fixes.

Hosted Customers

You will receive notice of when your system is scheduled to be upgraded. During this time your system will be intermittently unavailable. Please advise your users to save their work and remain logged off during this window.

On-Premises Customers

You must be running at least v28 of Resilient to install this version. If you are using an older version, you must first upgrade to version 28.

***Customers using the Debian based Resilient can refer to the steps in Section 11 of the V29 On-Prem Installation Guide.

If appliance is connected to the internet:

If not connected to the internet, download onto another machine from https://repo.co3sys.com/public/CCA1A8F2BFB071A5D560601326CE4DE0/latest…

Verify the file. The MD5 of the file is cddb39ef70c4c8e4e46a7b56d41b10bb

Transfer file to the Resilient machine.

Install the update:

sudo bash resilient-29.1.92.run


***If you are using Red Hat, you must first install the Security Updates. The steps are:

-Download the security updates using the following command:
wget --trust-server-names https://repo.co3sys.com/public/6c69b7e4327a13b52033a54dbb210651/securit…

The MD5 is 56e86e9ba8de7ccaee367bb4ada840c9

-Copy the file to your platform.

-Install the updates:
sudo bash resilient-appliance-security-update-29.1.92.run

To update the platform, you can refer to the instructions in Section 3.2 of the V29 On-Prem Installation Guide (attached).
