If you have purchased the Privacy Module, you will have the Investigate Exposure of Personal information /Data task generated when you create a new incident via New Incident Wizard or with email script.
This is what happened. It is from the New Incident Layout. This is strictly tied to Privacy and Breach Notification Tasks, the task "Investigate Exposure of Personal Information/Data is automatically generated. " If in Privacy section, you choose the default setting "Unknown", as the following shown:
Here is the setting to disable the task.
Please set the Was personal information or personal data involved?
Yes or No, rather than the Unknown default one to disable the task "Investigate Exposure of Personal Information/Data".
If you wish to disable data breach to avoid generating the task “Investigate Exposure of Personal Information/Data”, for those incidents generated from email script, you can addincident.pii.data_compromised=False;
You can also set up an auto rule with the condition "Incident is created" to run the script above to disable the privacy default task.
