Troubleshooting
Problem
When accessing the CRN portal installed in Windows 2003, users gets prompted for Network Username, Password and Domain. Entering the information allows the user to access the portal. If not, the following error message is returned.
Symptom
HTTP Error 401.3 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to an ACL set on the requested resource
