Generic 3GPP probe- Unable to finish resync
Cause
OrbLocalPort is set but not the OrblocalHost.
Answer
Make sure the OrblocalHost is set in the properties file.
The ORB Local properties are used to define the listening port the Generic 3GPP probe uses to receive notification events.
A hostname or IP Address can be used for the ORBLocalHost, with the EMS being aware of, and having access to the same naming service results as the probe server.
The ORBLocalPort must be a port that is free on the probe server, and accessible, from the EMS.
