Abstract
Ability to view Multiple Markers on a Map in Maximo Scheduler 7.5.1
Body
New mapping capabilities were introduced in Scheduler 7.5.1 that allow clients to view assets, locations, tickets and work orders on a Google, Bing or Spatial map within Maximo.
By default when you go into these applications you see only one marker in the Map tab based on the main record. This functionality then leads to the question ‘How do I view multiple markers on a map?”
The Map Control in the Scheduler product is available in Application Designer. Using the control properties along with a data source, the ability to view multiple markers can be configured within your Maximo applications.
Note: To view a marker on a map the record must have a service address with a Latitude(Y) and Longitude(X) associated to it. If using the Maximo Spatial solution the record can be linked.
Using an Application’s List page to view Multiple Markers in the Asset Application
