Abstract
Changing field background colour in Start Center Portlet
Body
Go to SR Application and filter status =QUEUED so you can display only queued service requests
Save this query as queuedsr with description of Display Queued SR and make it public
where clause (status = 'QUEUED')
Go to Start center and edit Change Content/Layout
For Right Column select Results Set click OK to Finish
Go to Start Center and Edit Portlet
Select your query queuedsr
Select the fields Ticketid, Description, Status, and Targetfinish and Save
In the Display Option select TARGETFINISH for Condition Attribute
Under Colour Parameters Add Colour Alert- Expression: less than (<) , Expression Value :&DATE&, Colour choose Green
Add Colour Alert- Expression: grater than (>) , Expression Value :&DATE&, Colour choose Red
Click Save and Finish
In the Service Request application if you have a TARGETFINISH date less than current date it will display as Green if you have a date greater than current date it will display as Red in your Start Center Results Set Portlet.
