【セキュリティ情報】IBM Java SDK CPU 2019 October で報告された脆弱性の WebSphere Application Server への影響

Summary

WebSphere Application Serverに同梱されているIBM Java SDKにいくつかの脆弱性が確認され、2019年10月リリースのIBM Java SDKでそれらに対する修正が公開されました。
また、それらの脆弱性は、WebSphere Application Server traditional , Liberty , Hypervisor Edition , Application Clientに影響する可能性があるため対応をご検討ください。

この脆弱性は、WebSphere Application ServerとHypervisor Edition、および Liberty に同梱されているIBM SDKにおいて影響があります。

Remediation/Fixes

お使いの環境に該当する個別修正 の適用、もしくは、それらを含むFix Packを適用してください。
また、修正適用によるアップデートに関して、以下の点にご注意ください。
※JDK 2018 Julyのアップデートでは、LDAPS（LDAP over SSL/TLS）接続にエンドポイント識別が追加されています。JDK 2018 Julyを適用していない環境に、本修正を適用する場合は、ご注意ください。

V8.5 WebSphere Application Server traditional および Hypervisor Edition:

バージョン 対応策
V8.5.0.0～V8.5.5.16 - IBM Java SDK 7.0 をお使いの場合：
  • Fix Pack 8.5.5.0 以降にバージョンアップし、個別修正モジュールAPAR PH18485  を適用します。
    適用後のバージョンは、IBM Java SDK 7 Service Refresh 10 Fix Pack 55 になります。
- IBM Java SDK 7.1 をお使いの場合：
  • Fix Pack 8.5.5.2 以降にバージョンアップし、個別修正モジュールAPAR PH18484 を適用します。
    適用後のバージョンは、IBM Java SDK 7R1 Service Refresh 4 Fix Pack 55 になります。
- IBM Java SDK 8.0 をお使いの場合（Java SDK 6.1/7.0/7.1から移行した環境 ）：
  • Fix Pack 8.5.5.9 以降にバージョンアップし、個別修正モジュールAPAR PH18481を適用します。
    適用後のバージョンは、IBM Java SDK 8.0 Service Refresh 6 になります。
- IBM Java SDK 8.0を同梱したWASv8.5.5.11以降をインストール、もしくは、WASv8.5.5.14以降を適用することでJava8に移行した場合(bundled Java 8)：
  • 個別修正モジュールAPAR PH18482を適用します。
    適用後のバージョンは、IBM Java SDK 8.0 Service Refresh 6 になります。

  • Fix Pack 8.5.5.17 以降で提供されるIBM Java SDKへアップデートします。
※ Fix Pack 8.5.5.17は、 2020/1Qにリリース予定です。

※WebSphere Application Server V7 と V8 のサポートは終了しています。
IBMは、修正されていてサポートのある製品のバージョン/リリース/プラットフォームにアップグレードすることを推奨します。
