Users encounter the following error expanding subsets in Planning Analytics:
The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
Cognos.Office.Tm1.Connections.Tm1WebException: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
Symptom
Resolving The Problem
-This particular error was occurring for users using Planning Analytics for Excel 2.0.26
-After updating to a more recent version of Planning Analytics for Excel (2.0.36+) the problem does not occur
