Why is UOW stuck in Work Waiting to Execute queue after upgrading from NCM 6.4.1 to 6.4.2?
Answer
The likeliest cause would be a wrong setting of instance name during the upgrade to NCM 6.4.2.
If the instance name provided is different from what it used to be in NCM 6.4.1, the installer will upgrade the instance name in NCM database to the new value provided. That will render the Work GR invalid, thus causing UOWs to get "stuck" in the Work Waiting to Execute queue.
To resolve the issue, you can update the Work GR to the correct instance name.
