Requesting an enhancement in the product - You Know Why, Here's How

With a new process in place we have made raising enhancements for you a lot simpler AND easier!! You can now detail your Request For Enhancement more effectively by working directly with the development community, rather than submitting it through Support.  This also creates a direct connection to Product Development for you!  
 
With improvements in feedback by having multiple ways to receive the comments on your RFE’s, you can receive Email updates and RSS Feeds from the RFE Community. This delivers the information directly back to the you without having to call Support for updates. A predictable response time has been set-- initial triage in 30 days and 90 days for a final deposition.
