Abstract
GENTRAN Application Mailbox deleted - Gentran:Server for Windows
Body
Problem:
GENTRAN Application Mailbox was deleted.
Symptom:
Documents are not coming into Gentran.
Resolving the Problem:
1) Restarting the Executive Service will recreate the GENTRAN Application Mailbox.
2) In Server Manager Mailboxes, it is necessary to reselect the GENTRAN Application Mailbox as the Recipient in the Edit Recipients screen, for all relevant mailboxes.
