Frequently asked for links to download software, or fixes. Please be aware that Technical Support has no access to these web sites and cannot troubleshoot any problems. I will provide all the links needed, along with the eCustomer Care contact information if assistance is needed. Included is a link for the Technical Support Service Request tool to open PMR's online, or use the support chat.

This is a request page that will need to be completed and submitted. You should receive a confirmation after you submit this request. You will be asked for a PSP#, which can be located on your IBM invoice, or you can use your IBM site number. You can always enter a 1 in this field if you do not know any of this information. It is required to submit the request form.

Sterling Gentran Legacy software version users who have a current maintenance contract and need access to download the Standards file or Maintenance file (cumfixes), must send an e-mail request to GentLeg@us.ibm.com. The company IBM Customer Number (ICN#), and SITE number must be included in the e-mail.
