Abstract
Fetching the custom properties file in IBM Sterling B2B Queue Watcher
Body
Here I am describing about fetching the custom properties file in IBM Sterling B2B Queue Watcher.
Many customers have need to maintain custom properties files in Sterling Integrator but which are not related to SI.
In-order to view the custom files in Queue Watcher , we have to add the property file path in server.properties.
1. Lets say, I have a custom property file named as "custom_test" and I mentioned only one property.
2. Add an entry of this custom properties file in server.properties file like below.
custom_test=C:/IBM/SI/install/properties/custom_test.properties
Note: Add the above property in server.properties.in file and then run setup files so that the property will be reflected in original properties file server.properties.
3. Restart SI and open Queue Watcher.
4. Go to "View Properties" drop down and select the custom properties file and click on "Send" then it will display the properties.
Only one property I specified in the file so it displayed only one.
