Clustering Enhancements for IBM i 7.4 TR 1
Increased Limit for MREs
The limit of monitored resource entries (MREs) is increased from 45,000 to 200,000 to allow more resources to be replicated. This benefits clients who already have a large number of user profiles they may want to replicate.

Retrieve sorted subset of monitored resources
A new format for QfpadRtvMonitoredResourceInfo API is used to retrieve a subset of monitored resources and provide a continuation option to retrieve more entries, and also to retrieve the monitored resources in a sorted order. Overall, this improves usability and flexibility, but it can also improve performance and efficiency in that a subset can be returned rather than all monitored resources, and they can be returned in a desired sorted order that makes it easier for clients to find or look at certain MREs.

Replicating an encrypted password
Support is added to replicate an encrypted password that was previously set through the QSYSUPWD API; previously the use of the QSYSUPWD API would cause the user profile to be inconsistent until the user manually replicated the password to other nodes.

Change synchronization for an inactive node
Capability is added to allow a change to the synchronization option when a cluster node is not active, increasing flexibility for the timing of synchronization.
