Abstract
New videos for Rational Publishing Engine 6.0.6
Body
New videos are available for the latest 6.0.6 version of IBM Rational Publishing Engine.
RPE: Live Document Preview - Document Studio now includes a live Preview view, where you can see the output as you design the template in the template editor, without having to manually generate the document and open it. You can quickly verify the output with live or cached data, which is especially helpful when you are debugging a template or working with scripts. This video was recorded using IBM Rational Publishing Engine version 6.0.6. For more information, see Previewing a document.
RPE: Certificate authentication in Document Builder - Rational Publishing Engine Document Builder now supports certificate authentication. You can add certificates and then use them to generate a document with a data source connection that uses an SSL certificate as the authentication method. This video was recorded using IBM Rational Publishing Engine version 6.0.6. For more information, see Managing data sources in Document Builder.
RPE: Kerberos authentication - When designing templates and generating documents in the desktop client, you can now authenticate with CLM applications that are using the Kerberos/SPNEGO SSO (single sign-on) protocol. This authentication method is more secure than logging in with a user name and password. This video was recorded using IBM Rational Publishing Engine version 6.0.6. For more information, see Configuring Kerberos-SPNEGO authentication in Rational Publishing Engine.
