Resolving The Problem

The user/group need to have "Read" rights to the following control cubes:

  • Go Process visualization            -> user/group need "Read" rights to cube: }MD_GO_Scorecards)_Diagram-Process
  • Go Region visualization              -> user/group need "Read" rights to cube: }MD_GO_Scorecards)_Diagram-Region
  • Go Strategy Map visualization  -> user/group need "Read" rights to cube: }MD_GO_Scorecards)_GO Strategy Map
To set the "Read" rights for the control cubes you need to use Architect.
  1. Open Architect and connect to the "Go_Scorecards" server with an admin account
  2. Make sure that "Display Control Objects" is active under "View"
  3. Right click on "Go_Scorecards"/"Cubes" and select "Security Assignments..."
  4. Search for the above control cube you plan to give the user/group access to.
  5. Set the "Read" rights for the User group you user is member of.
  6. Press OK
The user should be able to see the selected visualization in Planning Analytics Workspace after he/she reopen the book in PAWorkspace
