A connection from Cognos Analtyics using the ORACLE JDBC driver may fail due to an exception thrown by the ORACLE JDBC driver.
Symptom
The ORACLE driver throws an exception with the message: Server is sending a non-null replay context but our replayModes=[]

Contact ORACLE with respect to a patch 29955625 for the ORACLE 19 and 12 JDBC drivers
