Troubleshooting
Problem
It's not possible to start Planning Analytics Workspace or the PAW Admin Tool.
A reboot of the host Windows server do not solve the issue.
The start of PAW results into an error message with the following content: "... Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service. ..."
Symptom
Planning Analytics Workspace will not start up. Access to PAW and to the PAW Admin Tool isn't possible anymore.
Environment
Windows 2016
PAW 2.0.x all versions
Diagnosing The Problem
Docker service is start up but isn't work fine anymore.
A test of the hello-world test image for Docker result into the same error message.

Resolving The Problem
The problem is based on a corrupt Registry Key in Windows:
HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\NDIS\IfTypes\24\IfUsedNetLuidIndices
