Customers installing IBM InfoSphere Information Server 11.7.1 Service Pack 2 are encouraged to read all technotes and release notes before installing the suite. InfoSphere DataStage Flow Designer issues:

Users of newer versions of Chrome might experience issues when scrolling lists with a mouse wheel. If you experience this issue, grab the scrollbar next to the list to reposition the list. N/A
 

InfoSphere Information Analyzer issues:

JDBC Connector throws a NPE during the drill down operation against Cassandra database from Information Analyzer. To address the issue apply JR61601 patch. N/A
Cross Domain Analysis (CDA) jobs fail for Cassandra datasets imported via JDBC Connector when there are more number of base/pairs N/A
When you create a data rule set definition in Information Analyzer New by including multiple data rules, such rule set definition cannot be tested even though the data rule column bindings are in place - Test button is disabled. In order to test the rule, you need to specify the bindings again and this will enable the Test button. N/A
When a data rule set is invalidated due to a change in variables performed on it's parent data rule set definition and you try to edit such data rule set, saving may fail unless you correct the variable bindings so that it becomes valid again. N/A
When working with data rule sets in Information Analyzer New UI, an error can occur when testing a data rule set containing 2 or more identical data rules (derived from the same data rule definition) with the option to separate variables by rules. There is no workaround for this issue. N/A

Having scenario for deleting users in quality workspace settings as described below:

  1. Open the Workspaces tab, click on a workspace, go to Settings and click on Users and groups
  2. Add two users from the list of users, click on Save.
  3. Stay on the same screen, delete one user and click on Save.
  4. Click on the Workspace name and click on the Settings icon and Click on Users and groups

In result all the newly added users would not be seen there

Workaround of this problem is to explicitly assign at least one role for each added user before clicking save button.
Previously assigned users have to have at least one role assigned.
