Symptom
We installed version 6.1.2.1 today in our environment. The admin console is coming up fine but having issues with web console.
Cause
An old renamed jar file found in the .../ControlCenter/lib/sterling directory, it still had the .jar extension.
Resolving The Problem
The Control Center was stopped, the file SCCenter-MM02172017.jar was renamed to SCCenter-MM02172017.jar.old. Control Center was restarted and the Web Console displayed as expected.
