Troubleshooting
Problem
When attempting to log in to Planning Analytics Workspace, the following error is thrown:
PA-GATEWAY Error: An unexpected error has occurred

Symptom
Cause
The Planning Analytics Server used for Authentication by Workspace, is not running.
Diagnosing The Problem
Use the Planning Analytics Admin Tool to determine your TM1 Login Server
Resolving The Problem
To resolve the problem, start the TM1 Server that Workspace uses for Authentication
