Problem
CWZIP6297E PureSystems Manager SN#_____ has one or more storage volumes that are missing the corresponding placement table
To help expedite the investigation of this problem, please obtain the following information.
Diagnosing The Problem
Step 1. As soon as possible, please execute these placement and storage REST APIs. Replace <your host> with the actual IP or host name used in the console UI.
Save the files with the last part of the URI as the file name, for example "instance_migrations.json".

Step 2. Please obtain a management collection set.
System > System Troubleshooting, press: "Collect System Logs".
Under PureSystem Manager check the box for:
PureSystem Manager deployment
PureSystem Manager management (most common)
PureSystem Manager System
Press: "Submit" and follow the prompts and upload to ECuREP using the ticket number opened to IBM Support.

Press: "Submit" and follow the prompts and upload to ECuREP using the ticket number opened to IBM Support.
Note: Even if the collection set returns an "incomplete" status, please send the collection set to IBM.
Step 3. Please obtain storage collection sets, for both storage controllers.
Step 3.1.Please go to Hardware > Storage devices, pick the first storage controller.
Step 3.2. At the top of the page look for "Error" followed by a number. If the number is greater than 0, click on the number and export the errors to a CSV file. Look under the title for an icon, that looks like a "circle with an arrow". Hover over the icon to confirm it is the export function. Repeat for the number after "Warning". If the number is 0, for error or warning let us know.

Step 3.3. On the same page, scroll down and click "Generate logs" and follow the prompts.
Step 3.4. Do Step 3.1 to 3.3 for the other storage controller, unless your system has an SVC2145 as a controller.
