Problem
No appenders could be found for logger (org.apache.beehive.netui.util.config.parser.NetUIConfigParser) when starting up WebLogic 9.2

Supply Chain Apps fails to
continue initializing following this warning message.
Cause
Resolving The Problem
The XML Registry needs to be created from the WebLogic console under Services >
XML Registry, as per Section 14.7.2 of the Installation Guide.
From
the WebLogic console, you may need to delete the application from Deployments
and re-deploy.
(These steps may esolve the error in some cases, but in
one specific customer case, they needed to reinstall WebLogic completely.)
