Nickname List - how it works

Troubleshooting

Problem

I have a few questions about how the Nickname list works. We have printer out a list of all the names and our Data Analyst has noticed a few things that we are questioning: 1. In the list we see a large amount of names that are not nicknames but names that are phonetically the same. Example: "Ronda" and "Rhonda". Does this mean that all names that are phonetically the same have to be in this list or they will not be scored on. For instance the name Bailey can be spelled "Baillie" or "Baille". It is not included in this list therefore does that mean it would not score as phonetically the same? 2. When the names are in there let's say as Rose for the Fullname and Rosemarie as the nickname -- does it matter the order of them -- obviously Rosemarie should be the fullname and Rose the nickname. Will this affect the scoring if it is in that order?
