Problem
In IBM® Maximo Health or IBM® Maximo Predict, in asset records, the Next PM card is empty when a preventive maintenance event is scheduled.
Resolving The Problem
Verify that preventive maintenance and work order data is successfully exported. For more information about verifying exported Maximo data, see Verifying exported Maximo Manage enterprise system data for Maximo Health or Maximo Predict.
The Next PM card contains the days until the next scheduled generation of a preventive maintenance (PM) work order. The card is empty if the generation date is the current date or in the past and no other work order generations are scheduled.
