Troubleshooting
Problem
After a new installation of plugin, while doing manual escalation via "Send to Resilient" button, get the following error in the pop up window:
Response:
{0}
ReferenceError: resilient_app_click_escalate_toolbar_button is not defined
Response:

ReferenceError: resilient_app_click_escalate_toolbar_button is not defined
Symptom
When click "Send to Resilient" button, get the following error in the pop up window:
Response:
{0}
ReferenceError: resilient_app_click_escalate_toolbar_button is not defined
Response:
{0}
ReferenceError: resilient_app_click_escalate_toolbar_button is not defined
Cause
This is a UI issue. The error is normally fixed by clearing the browser cache. QRadar is very sensitive so clearing the cache works often for UI issues.
Environment
Qradar plugin 3.5.2 or any version of plugin.
Diagnosing The Problem
-clean up the browser
-doing the following test to verify the connection is successfully established:
curl -v -k https://resilient_ip:65001
curl -v -k https://resilient_ip:443
Resolving The Problem
The error is normally fixed by clearing the browser cache.
