Abstract

A new version of the Java Gateway for ServiceNow (nco-g-servicenow-5_0) will be available to download from 26 July 2023.

Content

This version of the gateway is verified with ServiceNow Tokyo and Utah releases and contains the following updates:

  • Support for OAuth based authentication with ServiceNow.

This version addresses the following APARs:

  • IJ32213: Resolved issue whereby the gateway did not set the proxy details correctly for the validation sequence.
  • IJ36220: Extend the ticket reclaim criteria to include all types of exception and improve error reporting in HTTP REST operations.

A single package contains versions of the gateway for all supported Operating Systems. To obtain this new package, use the Find by part number field to search for part number: M0DH1EN

The gateway supports the following Operating Systems: AIX, Linux, Linux on IBM Z, Solaris and Windows.
