Gathering general information
WebSphere Data Interchange Server version with maintenance level:
AIX | lslpp -L | grep -i wdi For example: FileSet Level State Type Description ------------------------------------------------ IBMWDI33SERVER 3.3.X.15 C P ISMP installed Where "X" is the Server Fix Pack number installed |
Windows | Check the Windows registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\IBM\WebSphere Data Interchange Server\3.3.0 "Service Level" value is the Server Fix Pack number installed |

Submitting information to IBM Support
After a PMR is open, you can submit diagnostic MustGather data to IBM. If using Service Request (SR), update the PMR to indicate that data has been sent.
