Troubleshooting
Problem
Collecting data for problems with OSGi applications running in the IBM WebSphere Application Server . Gathering this MustGather information before calling IBM support will help you understand the problem and save time analyzing the data.
Resolving The Problem
1. Backup and clear all Application Server logs.
The log files are located in the following directory:
install_root/profiles/profile_name/logs/server_name
Note: If you have configured to write Application Server log files into a different location, then clear that location accordingly.
2. Enable and collect Application Server traces with the following trace string:
Aries.*=all:org.apache.aries.*=all

3. Run the collector toll against the problem profile.
Gathering information with the collector tool - V7.0

4. Send the collector output to IBM: Exchanging information with IBM support
