Problem
This document helps you collect and share Environment data from IBM Order Management Software Certified Containers with IBM Support.
Diagnosing The Problem
Mention/upload each of the below details for IBM Support to better understand your set up:
1. OS Architecture and Middleware Details
a. CPU Architecture - Power or x86
b. Database
- Type
- Version
- Fix Pack
- DB Install Time zone
c. IBM MQ Version
d. Helm Version
2. Container Runtime Details
a. Kubernetes
- Cloud Vendor
- Version and Fix Pack
b. OpenShift Platform(RHOCP)
- Version and Fix Pack
3. OMS Certified Container Details
a. OMS Quarterly Release Version Deployed
b. Helm Chart Version
4. Deployed Helm Chart
5. Run ContainerDiagnostics.sh script to capture diagnostics related to pod, namespace and node.
- Download ContainerDiagnostics.sh and copy it to OpenShift Infrastructure Node
- Provide execute permissions to the script and also appropriate permissions for it to create diagnostic files(in the location where it is copied to).
- Log in to the OpenShift cluster
- Run ./ContainerDiagnostics.sh (Usage Help - ./ContainerDiagnostics.sh -h)
