Troubleshooting


Problem

MustGather information aids in problem determination and saves time resolving CASEs.
With this information, API Connect Support can better understand the problem, and save time by analyzing the data.
 

Resolving The Problem

The following information describes the basic documentation needed by IBM Support to investigate questions or problems when using IBM API Connect Management Server.

Please DO NOT send any confidential information from your company.
 
If not yet done, please provide the information requested in the General MustGather, including the postmortem log files, to help IBM Support to collect all the data necessary to troubleshoot your problem. This will expedite problem resolution.
 
In addition to the above, please provide the below information for analytics specific issues:
 
  1. Output of command 'stat show all'
  2. Exact steps taken up to the error
  3. Screenshot of the error

 

 

For other analytics issues:

  1. Can you supply a list of products / api's which are missing analytics?
  2. Export affected product / api's analytics to a csv.
  3. View affected product / api's analytics with a REST call
