Troubleshooting
Problem
There are Multiple servers show up in web console but not GUI console? How can I delete them since they don't show in the GUI Console?
Symptom
Unable to delete bogus server entries from Control Center.
Cause
There are incomplete server entries in the database.
The GUI Console will not show them as they are not complete.
Diagnosing The Problem
Get a data collector to review what information is in the system.
Resolving The Problem
Set LOGICALLY_DELETED flag to 1 for these servers in CC_SERVER table.
