Is Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Express Edition supported by Sterling Control Center? What are the supported and/or recommended editions of Microsoft SQL Server 2008?
Answer
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Express Edition is not supported by IBM Sterling Control Center.
For better performance, we recommend the use of partitioned tables on Production database. This feature is available in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Enterprise Edition.
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Standard Edition is supported too.
