Microsoft .NET Framework error when connecting to Information Store from i2 Analyst's Notebook Premium

Troubleshooting


Problem

User sees the following exception in i2 Analyst's Notebook Premium when clicking the Login icon, or attempting a search that requires connection to the Information Store (Opal). The error occurs before any prompt for credentials.
It is specific to a client machine.  Other client machines are connecting successfully.

Resolving The Problem

For the customer experiencing this issue, a "Repair" of the i2 Analyst's Notebook program in Windows resolved it.
