Problem
Merge does not work when there are multiple sub-projects under one ReqIf definition.
Symptom
ReqIf merge in the current database does not work when there are multiple sub-projects within single ReqIf definition.
Cause
The application is unable to distinguish project and folder when sub-projects are part of single ReqIf definition because of the current architecture design limitation of the application.
Resolving The Problem
To resolve the problem, use folder instead of project as a child.
