Abstract

On May 31st, 2019, IBM released IBM® Maximo® for Service Providers 7.6.3.3 fix pack.

This fix pack corrects some issues and includes some feature enhancements. A readme file provides the documentation for this fix pack. The readme is in the package that you download from Fix Central.

IBM offers two versions of the product:

  • Maximo for Service Providers  - license for managed service providers is for managing the services and assets that are provided to multiple customers across multiple locations.
  • Maximo for Service Providers  - license for internal service providers is for managing the services and assets that are provided to other departments within the same company.

Prerequisites

Before you install this fix pack, ensure that the following components are installed:

  • IBM® Maximo® Asset Management V7.6.1.1
  • Maximo for Service Providers V7.6.3
