Abstract

On 29 March 2024, IBM released IBM® Maximo® Asset Management 7.6.1.3 interim fix 018. As with all interim fixes, it is cumulative. In addition to the new fixes listed here, all fixes from earlier interim fix releases for this Feature Pack are included.

Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.3 interim fix 018 is available at Fix Central.
Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.3 interim fixes incorporate Maximo Integration Framework fixes which were formerly released in a separate IBM Installation Manager package.

IJ49990 Assets Duplicating an Asset results in error BMXAA0019I - "The Class Structure field is either read only or part of the primary key. You cannot edit this field.".
IJ49989 Cron Task Setup Changes to the instance_pm_sqlwhere parameter are ignored when the PMWogen Cron Task runs.
IJ49909 Logging The MobileDbGeneration Cron Task writes many entries similar to "[ERROR] [MXServer01] [CID-MXOSLC-356] getLocationHealth location=1000001 systemid=PRIMARY siteid=ABC" to SystemOut.log
IJ49820 Web Services Library Unable to generate xml using "Generate Schema, WSDL and View XML" option for PO Web Service from Web Services Library application.
IJ49880 Manage Inspections Forms Inspection Questions are not following the sequence they are created in Manage Inspection Form application.
IJ49684 Work Order Tracking If an Asset's downtime is entered on multiple Work Orders and the downtime from one Work Order is then deleted, the total downtime of the Asset goes back to 0.
IJ49633 Invoices Approving an Invoice results in errors BMXAA2013E - "Could not change invoice NNNN status to APPR." and BMXAA1974E - "Cannot approve invoice because of unexpected error. Please send the server's stack trace log to support.".
IJ49630 Location Clicking a hyperlink from the Locations extended drill-down does not open the selected Location.
IJ49228 Work Order Tracking In the Work Order Tracking application, changing the "Problem Code" field results in error BMXAA4214E.
IJ48344 Start Center Exporting a modified Start Center Template will create the PRESENTATION field in a random manner to the XML output file.
IJ49119 Assets The Depreciation Amount (DEPTRANS.DEPAMT) is wrongly calculated when the asset start date (DEPSCHED.STARTDATE) is not the First or Last day of the month.
IJ48259 Configuration Items In the Configuration Item application, when multiple attributes are created with same ATTRIBUTEID for different sites, Classification Specifications display incorrectly.
IJ48891 Work Order Tracking The Filter Header in List View vanishes after updating all the records returned by the filter.
IJ48936 Preventive maintenance Preventive Maintenance Forecast cost includes material from all sites.
IJ48632 Work Order Tracking Failure Report data is not always displayed when the user navigates to the next record and then comes back to list view and opens the record again.

IJ47654 Work Order Tracking In Work Order Tracking, using an Assignment filter based on the "Scheduled Start" column results in error BMXAA4214E if one Assignment has a null "Scheduled Start" value.

IBM Control Desk environment interim fix information
 
  • IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.3 and 7.6.1.4 use Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2. Apply interim fixes for Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.2 to IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.3 and 7.6.1.4.
  • IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.5 uses Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.3. This interim fix can be applied to IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.5.
