Abstract
MaaS360 agent behavior on expiration of MaaS360 account

When the MaaS360 Admin Portal account expires, any remaining devices enrolled in the portal will continue to remain in a managed state.
Should you face this scenario, you would be required to manually remove from the device from the associated enrollment program. Should these devices be enrolled using iOS/macOS via Apple's Device Enrollment Program (DEP) or Android via Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME)/Zero-Touch/Google Workspace, you would be required to unassign the devices in one of the following Admin Consoles:
Once the device(s) are unassigned from one of the above Admin Consoles, you would then be required to perform a Factory Reset locally on the device(s) in order to regain control. Please refer to manufacturer-specific documentation on Factory Reset process for the particular operating system.
Note: If the device was enrolled using a manual enrollment method, have the user uninstall the application from the device.
